You may visit any MenuCare clinic without a membership by simply walking in, receiving treatment and paying with cash or a credit card for one affordable price that you know up front. If you want to save even more money we welcome you to consider one of membership plans. Our membership plans are good at all of our locations anywhere in the U.S.

Our membership plans are completely optional, but give you a way to save even more money on each visit on our already affordable menu of services. For one fixed annual price you can enroll in a membership plan that best meets your needs.

In addition to providing you with more affordable visits, our plans also provide a discount on our wellness products and vaccinations. You can even add additional family members onto your membership for one low fixed price.

Basic Plan:

Our basic plan is an affordable way to cut the cost of each visit in half and save additional money on both your wellness product needs and vaccinations. Here is what is included in our basic plan:

Give Each Family Member an Expanded Membership for Half the Price

Want to add additional family members? No problem. You can add as many family members as you want to our expanded plan for the low fixed price of $100 per family member over the age of 2. Each family member enjoys the same free visits on all service menu items and receives the same discounts on vaccinations and retail wellness products. It is like giving each family member an expanded membership for half the price! We help you provide quality and affordable family health care for less.

Complete an Application and Sign-Up Today

If you would like to purchase a membership please complete a membership application online with our convenient online application form. You can use Adobe Reader to complete the application online, print it off and bring it into the MenuCare that is most conveniently located for you. Please note the form includes a section for you to include your health insurance plan if you have one. Health insurance is not required to get a membership, but if you have insurance and would like it offered as a billing option please complete this section of the application.
