What is MenuCare?
MenuCare is a convenient, affordable, best in class medical clinic providing essential healthcare services where and when patients need it most. Our licensed and trained medical professionals coordinate to provide treatment for common medical conditions and illnesses in malls, drugstores and coming soon to airports.
What types of conditions and illnesses do MenuCare healthcare professionals treat?
MenuCare’s healthcare professionals provide medical services within the "MenuCare" Menu including but not limited to seasonal allergies, flu, ear infections, skin rashes and much more. We also are a convenient, affordable option for camp, sports, school or pre-employment physicals and we offer immunizations as well. For a complete listing of services click here.
What if I have a medical emergency?
MenuCare does not take the place of a Hospital, Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine. We advise you to call 911 or check with your family physician for emergencies. Medical emergencies presented at a MenuCare clinic will result in a 911 cal, allowing the appropriate first responders to treat the emergency.
What if I need a prescription?
MenuCare healthcare professionals can prescribe medication when clinically necessary for minor heath issues. However, we do not write prescriptions for chronic conditions that require medical management.
Does MenuCare treat children?
Yes. MenuCare will consult anyone two years of age or older.

Do I need to make an appointment?
No.
How long will it take?
MenuCare visits including collecting your information, visiting with the nurse practitioner and discharge planning are targeted to lat 15 – 30 minutes or less.
How much will it cost?
The charge for MenuCare services varies based on your symptoms. We are sure that you will find our prices reasonable. For a listing of Costs and Treatments, click here. Does MenuCare accept insurance?
MenuCare accepts insurance at certain locations in certain markets.
I’ve heard that MenuCare only treats people who purchase a membership. Is that true?
No! Our health care professionals will treat patients two years of age or older regardless of whether or not they are a MenuCare member (click here for pricing for non-members).
We simply offer membership options to allow our patients to get free or discounted visits, and discounts on immunizations and retail products. In addition, our members receive special MenuCare promotions from time to time and advanced notice of our screenings and wellness events. What makes MenuCare different from other health clinics?
There are many things that make us different and we think, better.
To begin with, MenuCare is dedicated to total health and wellness. In addition to offering over the counter medications and the ability to write prescriptions, we provide access to high quality food and nutrition products. Of course we want to see you to treat illnesses but more importantly, we want to see you healthy! We are committed to giving you feedback about how to be pro-active with your health and bring you to a place of complete wellness.

Will you notify my Dr. that I have been treated at MenuCare?
MenuCare will make reasonable efforts in helping you plan your continuum of care. You can make this transition easier by providing us with you physician’s name, office phone number and fax number. In addition, prior to forwarding any medical records, MenuCare would require you to sign a release of information.
What are the qualifications of your health care professionals?
A Medical Doctor oversees each of our clinics. Clinics are staffed by health professionals from a variety of backgrounds. Each of our health care professionals is licensed to practice.
